The Path to Well-Being Lies Within

I have not always been a healer.

Rather I was called to do this work through my search to heal myself from chronic illness and crippling sensitivities.

I had always been a sensitive child tuned in at a deeper level than other children, but as I got older, my sensitivities increased along with my symptoms of chronic illness.

By my early 40s, I was the stressed-out general manager of an import company with a young son and a growing list of health issues that included brain fog, headaches, food sensitivities, joint pain and chronic fatigue. Life was completely overwhelming for me, and my introversion increased.

My doctors scratched their heads and said I was doing everything right and should feel better.

So I quit my job and began a long journey to understand what was making me sick and how to support my sensitive body in the way it needed to heal.

At the time, I didn’t know it would turn into a journey of spiritual awakening – but it did. Over the years of deepening my awareness and healing, I became a Nutritional Therapist and studied detoxification issues, the special needs of sensitive individuals and those with autoimmune conditions. I also spent three years learning and practicing mind-body healing techniques.

On this journey, I’ve gained a lot of healing wisdom and insight into the sensitive body and look forward to sharing it with you.
